Return Options

Whether you are considering an exchange, store credit, or a refund, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. You have a generous 30-day window from the date of purchase to decide on your return.

Return Criteria

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.
  • Tags and Labels: All original tags and labels must remain attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that we cannot accept items that show signs of odour, blemishes, wear and tear, or those that are covered in animal or human hair.

Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, our standard return policy still applies, allowing for flexibility in your unique situation.

Return / Exchange Process - Australia 

Please allow up to two weeks for your return item to reach us via courier. Once your return arrives, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email.

For customers choosing to exchange or a store credit on their item/s, or for those customers preferring a refund $10.00 will be charged for a prepaid shipping label. 

Return / Exchange Process - International 

Customers outside of Australia are responsible for the cost of returning items. We highly advise opting for tracked shipping to safeguard your orders. W T Industries Pty Ltd T/As Active Elite cannot accept liability for lost international return shipments.

If we do not receive the returned item, ACTIVE ELITE cannot proceed with your requested return.

In the case that your returned item does not meet our return criteria, you will be responsible for the cost of retrieving your item back to your specified address.
